3. Dissertation is devoted to study and improvement of combined antihypertensive therapy on the base of drugs antioxidant properties study and their influence on endothelium function in patients with essential hypertension with overweight and obesity. Treatment of the patients with essential hypertension with overweight and obesity by combination of angiotensin II receptors antagonist (candesartan) with calcium antagonist (lacidipine) and beta-adrenoblocker (bisoprolol) with diuretic (indapamine) had advantages as compared with treatment by combination of angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors (fosinopril) and diuretics (hydrochlorothiazide) in context of improvement of functional endothelium condition on the base of statistically significant elevation of nitrites and nitrates levels and lowering S-nitrosotiol levels after treatment, and also efficacy of antioxidant influence via increasing superoxidedysmutase activity during treatment time and catalase during 2 month treatment. It was found that on the base of treatment of the patients with essential hypertension with different degree of body mass elevation, lacidipine and candesartan combination had advantages as compared with bisoprolol with indapamide and fosinopril with hydrochlorothiazide combinations in context of correction vasoactive nitric oxide pole abnormalities on the base of increasing of endothelial NO-synthase activity during treatment period, and also efficacy of antioxidant influence via decreasing of 8-isoprostan level after 2 month treatment. Improvement of endothelium functional condition on the base of lowering of inducible-NO-synthase, combinations of lacidipine with candesartan, and fosinopril with hydrochlorothiazide have practically the same lowering percent, that during treatment period in the hospital were inferior to bisoprolol with indapamide combination and elevated last combination during 2 month treatment.
