Losikova O. Economical and organizational aspects of personnel motivation in the seaports of Ukraine

The object of the research is the process of formation of manufacturing personnel motivation system constituents and its using in sea- port management. The objective is a further development of motivation theory, development of propositions concerning its practical ap- plication for status and priorities determination in realization of ways of utilization of motivation resource of the seaports of Ukraine. The method is a logical generalization, system-structural and economic-mathematical analysis, social management and statistical data proc- essing. Theoretical and practical results - practical aspects and main trends of effective development of seaports were developed. Novelty - development of provisions, which elaborate and extend theoretical and methodical foundations of competitive functioning of the sea- ports of Ukraine due to argumentation and realization of ways of its motivational resources. The degree of implementation - Odessa Trade Seaport activity, the SRI of labor and people employment and academic activities of OSEU and ONMU. The area of utilization is economics and enterprise management, higher education.
