Object: product' life cycle. Purpose: formation of the economic mechanism of maintenance of a sustainable development on a basis of greening of product' life cycle which is based on a cost comparative estimation of ecological level at stages of product' life cycle. Methods of research and equipment: dialectic, comparative, statistical, logic generalisation, structural, expert appraisals, the mathematical analysis. Novelty: the indicator of ecological level of goods which account is based on a cost estimate of public ecologo-economic costs (losses) at stages of product' life cycle and allows to carry out comparison of ecological level of various kinds of production is offered. Subject, level of implementation: economic relations which arise between subjects of product' life cycle in the course of its greening.
