The dissertation is devoted to the studding and exposure of Immunoinflamatory reactions, tension antychlamidiae immunity and their correlation with indicators of blood lipidspectrum of ischemic heart disease.Proven direct correlation between intima-medial thickness of the laer and the index atherogennosti and feedback TIM HS and HDL. Appoitment od simvastatin contributed to a decline in inflammatory response, indicating the feasibility of its terms of normal lipid spectrum with increasing content CRB, proinflammatory cytokines and Willebranda factor, especially in unstable disease.Icreasing antychlamidiae antibody titer is associated with increased content CRB, TNF-@, IL-6 in the blood of patients with CHD, especially at ACS.7452
