Essay

Main purpose of this dissertation was to improve results of surgical treatment for patients with cholecystitis and it complications, such as microcholelitiasis. In this purpose own diagnostic criteria has been developed, optimization of treatment tactic by preferable using of miniinvasive technology and electronic polarization microscopy was created. Was developed and used in clinical practice intra- and postoperative dosed, staging balloon dilatation of papilla Fateri. Main indications and contraindications for using miniinvasive technologies, based on research results were created, depends on stage and presents of papilla Fateri pathology. As a result, using of miniinvasive surgical methods for treatment of microcholedocholitiasis with staging and differentiating tactic for papilla Fateri disorders correction is improving quality of life and decreasing postoperative complications.
