Object: Kyiv Rus literary monuments. Aim: to reveal description of wonders in the ancient Kyiv literary monuments, to clear up artistic means of their modeling and aesthetic functionality. Methods: hermenevtical, mythological, structural-semantical. Scientific novelty: for the first time in Ukrainian mediaevalistics the phenomenon of wonder is examined from the point of view of its aesthetic nature as an artistic device. Approved in 11 publications. The sphere of use: literature and high sckool practice.
