Essay

Dissertation is dedicated to establish of sorption-desorption behaviour of U(VI) and Ce(III) in the presence of complexing reagents. Scientific yustified choice of the most effective reagent for desorption - citric acid for deactivation of soils and sludges contaminated by U(VІ). Possibility of application of sorption method for purification of uranium containing waters with the use of saponite, which is characterized by enough high content of iron, is shown.Certain regularities of the sorption behavior of Ce (III) allow us to evaluate a similar behavior in the environment of other radioactive lanthanide and actinides.
