Khrapal O. Ecological and economic estimation of road system functioning in agrarian sphere.

Survey is the process of formation and functioning of the road network in the agricultural sector. Aim - generalization of theoretical positions, methodological improvement and development of practical recommendations for ecological-economic assessment of the functioning of the road network in the agricultural sector. Most important scientific results: made ecological and economic modeling of the functioning of the road network in the agrarian sector on economic performance of agricultural output, a main point in raising their productivity; the scientific and practical principles of ecological and economic component of the passport roads third environmental class, whose essence is to establish an integrated indicator of environmental assessment. The practical significance of results is the ability to accept environmental and economic, social, environmental, technical, technological, organizational and other economic decisions on environmental and economic assessment of functioning road network in the agricultural sector. Recommendations can be applied in practice, selection and management decision-making by the State Road Administration of Ukraine
