Honchar L. Organization-economic fundamental principles of the productiond and realizing of milk in the agglomeration region

The dissertation is devoted to the analysis of the work of the enterprises in producing of milk and its recast in the modern conditions of management, and also to development of propositions of the increasing of its effectiveness. It was made a research of modern state of the development of the branch of milk cattling and the formation of the market of milk products, specifically in Ukraine and Donetsk region. It was determined the role, meaning and functions of the milk branch and it was studied the main problems of its function. It was regarded the peculiarities of the milk and milk products market according to demands of the agglomerate economy of the region. It was analyses the international experience of the desicion of the problems of milk product under complex. During the complex analysis of the production-management activity of the agricultural enterprises which are connected with the producing milk the reserves of the increasing of their economical effectiveness were disclosed. It was developed the economical-mathematic model which determined the optimal trade strategy of the milk-remaking regional agricultural-industrial complex which provided maximum production with the least common expenses and getting of the largest profit. The role of the state and the organizing economic mechanism of its interference with the change processes at the milk market were exposed. The main directions and perspectives of the development of the milk enterprises of the Donetsk region were determined.
