The thesis is dedicated to the complex study of the European and the national legal systems in their interaction, the transfer of legal standards for local self-government financing from one to another and the adjustment of the latter to the national legal order. The author has demonstrated the local self-government financing legal standards and the respective legal institutions transformation’s method into the "europeanized" national legal systems and institutions.
