Essay

The thesis is dedicated to the complex research of gender parity theoretical and practical problems in the internal affairs bodies. The author has particularly studied the tendencies and problems of gender inequality that exist in the internal affairs bodies' activity with the consideration of national and international experience. The current problems of women service in the internal affairs bodies and reasons for inequality were examined; the principal ways of gender culture formation and gender education acquirement by the internal affairs workers were analyzed and determined.
