On the basis of analysis of spectrum and essence of system violations during this pathology it determined correct prescribtion of filtrative method eferent therapy in complex treatment. The improved variant of intermittent heamodiafiltration is offered for extracorporal dethoxication. It was considered its influence on the basic indexes of homeostasis at patients with acute necrotizing pancreatitis. It was determined that application of intermittent hemodiafiltration at the complex treatment of patients with an acute necrotizing pancreatitis diminishes severity of their condition, degree of multiple organ dysfunction and statistically meaningfully increases alive. The safe type of procedures of the offered method is confirmed. Practical recommendations are developed and used according to the mode, indications and contraindications, terms of performing of intermittent haemodiafiltration.
