Si Y. Peculiarities of lactation function with the puerperal period diabetes and thyroid pathology

Object of research: pregnant and puerperas with diabetes mellitus and hypothyroidism, during the gestational period and newborn. The purpose of research: study the features of formation of lactation and qualitative composition of milk from women with diabetes mellitus and hypothyroidism, development of methods for prevention and correction of identified breaches. Methods of research: clinical-laboratory, functional, biochemical, immunological, radioimmunological and statistical methods. Practical value of the received results: the carriage of study allowed to identify the group of risk for development violations of the lactation function among examined puerperas. The new, patogenical reasonable medicine "Lactosymuline" was offered for stimulation lactation and optimization the quaity composition of milk. Worked out and introduced in practice the complex of therapeutic and preventive actions allowed to reduce the frequency of violations of lactational function and to extend duration of breast feeding from puerperas with diabetus mellitus and disease of thyroid body. Scientific novelty of the received results: in this study the features of formation of lactation and its condition from women with diabetus mellitus and disease of thyroid body were examined for a first time, the role of changes which happen during the lactation from women with diabetus mellitus and hypotheriose was shown. The qualitative composition of milk from examined women was determined for a first time. The protective conditions of milk from puerperas with diabetus mellitus and pathology of thyroid body were studied for a first time. On the grounds of analysis of material of qualitative composition of milk, hormonal and immunological parameters the method of correction and prevention of violations lactation function from puerperas with diabetus mellitus and hypothyroidism was developed. The evaluation of duration the early neonatal period of newborn from mothers with diabetus mellitus and thyroidal pathology was given for a first time. Degree of introduction: the main stands are introduced in work of maternity hospitals №1, 2, 5, 7, 6 in Kharkov, №1 Sumi and Kremenchug. Scientific research and practical recommendations were introduced in pedagogical process of chairs of obstetrics and gynecology of Kharkov medical academy of postgrade education.
