Cheng S. Role of thyroid pathology in genesis of stagnant pregnancy

Object of research: thyroid pathologic conditions of women with stagnant pregnancy. The purpose of research: to explore the pathogenetic features of stagnant pregnancy with thyroid pathologic considering index of hormonal status; autoimmune processes, marks of system of hemostasis and a role of infectious factor, to develop scientific - based approaches to the early diagnosis, prophylaxis and timely correction of violations. Methods of research: clinical-laboratory, functional, biochemical, immunological, radioimmunological and statistic methods. Practical value of the received results: gathered data about violations of different links of system of hemostasis, autoimmune processes and hormonal status have important meaning for elaboration patogenical features of stagnant pregnancy with theriopaties and development scientific - based approaches to the early diagnostic, prophylaxis and timely correction of detected violations. The algorithm of complex of rehabilitated activities for reproductive function of women with stagnant pregnancy is developed and introduced, so its permits to reduce the frequency of SP with theriopaties. Scientific novelty of the received results: the complex study of anamnesis of women with theriopaties and stagnant pregnancy was carried for the first time. The ethical role of urogenital infection was ascertained for the first time. The complex examine of system of hemostasis was carried, the correlation of violations in system of hemostasis with different outcomes of pregnancy was evaluated. The character and frequency of stagnant pregnancy including class of AFA was evaluated for the first time. The differentiational approach to the prophylaxis, treatment and rehabilitation of reproductive function of women with therioparies and stagnant pregnancies was developed. Degree of introduction: the main provisions are introduced in work of maternity hospitals № 1,2,5,7,6 in Kharkov, №1 in Sumi and Kremenchuk. Scientific developments are introduced in studying process of chairs of obstetrics and gynecology Kharkov medical academy of postgraduate education.
