Brailovskiy I. Investments and economy growing: methodological aspect

Object of research: investment processes in Ukraine and activity of their participants are in the context of providing of steady economic development of country. Purpose of research: theoretical and methodological ground and development of modern conception of investment activity of economic subjects, directed on providing of economic development of country. Methods of research: method of abstraction, method of analysis and synthesis, historical method, mathematically-statistical analysis, graphic method, method of analysis of the systems. Results: modern conception of activation of investment activity is developed on micro- and macrolevel; author determination of concept "Elasticity of investments on privileges" is offered, "elasticity of investments on charges on an infrastructure", "quality of investments", which foresees their certain structure and efficiency of the use; essence of economic category of "investment" and concepts "Economy growing" and "economic development is specified"; the scientifically-methodical going is grounded near the analysis of mechanism of state assistance investment activity; the structure of economical and mathematical model of determination of optimum volumes and directions of stimulation of investments is developed in innovative industries; grounded method of strategic management development of national economy of Ukraine. Novelty: First: conception of activation of investment activity of economic subjects, based on the idea of forming of analytical tool of management innovative development on macro- and microlevel, is developed; author determinations of concepts "Elasticity of investments on privileges" and "elasticity of investments are offered on charges on an infrastructure". Improved: methodical strategic government development of national economy bases; principles of state administration innovative development are in Ukraine. Got further development: theoretical bases of investing of the economy growing and development; a concept "Economy growing" and "economic development" is specified, their dialectical connection is exposed; essence of economic category of "investment" is specified; research of functional intercommunications between investment processes and parameters of economic development.
