Perebeynis M. Currency control within the system of economic relations.

Complex research of issue concerning forming new currency control system and its functioning has been made within national economy through determination of theoretical and methodological bases of its analysis. The analysis of currency relations evolution in Ukraine and the developed countries of the world has been carried out of on the basis of which has been established, that the existing national model of currency control needs substantial correction from the positions, at first, decision of problems of hryvnya convertibility, secondly, integration processes and clear location and role of Ukraine in world (European) economy, thirdly, gradual declining the practice of strong limitation of currency operations with its simultaneous maintenance for operations, related to the export of currency and other illegal actions of subjects of economic relations, fourthly, expedience of conclusion of multilateral concordances between banks and establishments of currency control, fifthly, expedience of entry of Ukraine to the international control establishments as for illegal currency operations. There has been worked out the principle scheme of research and functioning of currency control and conceptual chart of currency control functioning within institutional environment. Taking into account the results of research in relation to positives and negatives of the operating currency control system in Ukraine there have been grounded suggestions by the author in relation to forming its new model, the main of which are the following: simplification of the mode of currency control for legal commercial activity and strengthening of its cruelty for criminal actions; bringing the proper changes into present legislation; increase currency control role while overcoming financial and economic crisis.
