Dissertation work is devoted determination of features of shot damages of not biological imitators of clothes and damages of body of man, protected and not protected clothes, caused at shots 9 мм by pistol charges "Теren 3FP" and "AE 9", that equipped elastic bullets, from different distances. Were certain and generalized the feature of dynamics of shot defeats, including by charges which are equipped elastic bullets. It is rotined that among the last more than 59% made bodily harms of easy and middle degree of weight, 18% were caused with the purpose of murder and 23% - with the purpose of suicide. At shots by cartridges "Теren 3FP" and "AE 9" from distance 3,0 m. in not protected clothes thorax and stomach appeared scratch, wounds of soft fabrics without penetration in the cavities of body, penetrable wounds of thorax and stomach. Clear dependence is set between formation of penetrable wounds of thorax and stomach with the thickness of hypodermic fatty basis in these areas of body. Yes, at shots from distance 3,0 m. in the front abdominal wall of persons in which the thickness of hypodermic fatty fabric made to 0,5 see, bullet did not get to the abdominal region, however, formed on a front surface the livers of damage as local damages. At shots from analogical distance in the front surface of thorax of persons, the thickness of hypodermic fatty fabric in which made to 0,5 see, bullet also did not get to the pleura cavity, but formed the penetrable wounds of thorax. Possibility of leadthrough of roentgenologic research of dead bodies is confirmed with blind wounds, that enables visual depth-finding penetration of bullets in a body. Expedience of previous of differential diagnostics of bullets which are equip live ammunitions "Теren 3FP" and "AE 9" by the leadthrough of comparative description of products of their shot is well-proven.
