The object is business processes of operatively-dispatching management on manufacturing site at machine-building enterprise; the arm is development of models and tools for solution of functional tasks of operatively-dispatching management; methods of research are methods of the systems analysis, the theory of fuzzy sets and fuzzy logic, automaton theory and simulation modeling; the new approach: the mathematical model of functioning of an manufacturing site, the fuzzy model of decision-operative management of business processes in manufacturing sites; the mathematical model of solution the task of definition unproductive time in various industrial situations; the method for installing the priority order in run production; the method for determining the efficiency of production lines and idle pieces of equipment are developed. The developed models, methods and tools are realized in the program complex of operatively-dispatching management system. Sphere of use is manufacturing execution system.
