Bedryk I. State regulation of private dental activities in Ukraine: procedural and institutional aspects

An object is state administration of health protection the system in Ukraine; an aim is a theoretical ground of organization-legal's principles of government control of private dentist activity, development of model of structure of her external control; methods are research method of historical and logical analysis, method of functionally-structural analysis, method of comparative and statistical analysis of facts and phenomena, approaches of the systems and complex, method of generalization, method of processing of data; a novelty consists in deepening of existing and ground of new theoretical positions and conceptual approaches which in an aggregate decide an important scientific task in relation to development of organization-legal's mechanisms of adjusting of private dentist activity in Ukraine; results - organization-legal's principles of government control of private dentist activity are reasonable in Ukraine and basic directions of their optimization are certain, the model of structure of external control of private is worked out dentist organization; it is inculcated in activity of organs of state administration; industry is state administration.
