Object: the processes of entrepreneurial activity are computer-integrated in a forest sphere. Purpose: improvement of ekologo-ekonomic principles of development of enterprise in a forest sphere in the context of principles of the permanent use and recreation of forest resources in the conditions of market transformations. Research methods and apparatus: dialectical method, analysis of the systems, fundamental positions of modern economic theory, economy and forestry. Novelty: the theoretical of method going is developed near creation of territorial agro forest complexes (TVALMK) of cluster type, directed on expansion of agro forest activity, achievement of normative wooded of territory and increase of level of integrating of forest, which determine him essence rich in content basis, principles of cluster co-operations of participants, forming stage and structurally functional diagram of TVALMK, system of economic, ecological and social indicators of estimation of efficiency of functioning of cluster education.
