Samoday V. Assessment and prediction of natural resources of the region

Object: there is economic evaluation of natural resources of the region and potential of the agricultural lands. Purpose: there is improvement of the theoretical and scientific points of the economic evaluation of natural resources of the region. Research Methods: abstract-logic and system-structural analysis, method of factor and comparative analysis, settlement analysis and methods of graphic and economic-mathematical simulation, method of groupments. Novelty: the scientific and methodical approach to evaluating the natural resources of the region is first proposed on the basis of the identified patterns of change of rent-forming factors and their impact on the trends and dynamics of its development. Subject, level of implementation: there is a set of ecological and economic relations that arise in the process of the use of the natural resource potential of the region, the methodical development can be used in the preparation of socio-economic development programmes that will allow to use rationally the natural resources at regional and national levels, the proposed methodological approaches are the tools for analysts in predicting and determining the price of agricultural land market in the conditions of these lands.
