The dissertation is devoted urgent issue in neonatology today - early diagnostic and treatment newborns with Toxoplasma infection. The definition of specific Ig G and Ig M, PCR and the immunogistochemical inspection of placenta have been used for early prenatal diagnose of the newborns with Toxoplasma infection. The diagnosis of prenatal infect by toxoplasmosis is verify if in the early neonatal period the specific Ig G and Ig M in the blood of the newborn have diagnostically significant caption; if the level of an expression of antigen of IL-6 in placental tissue reaches the 2-3 points; if the polymerase chain reaction is positive; if the eho-inclusions and porencefalic pseudocyst are presence in peryventrykulyarnyh areas at neyrosonohrafiya. The changes, that have been found in immunologу status of newborns, induce to inclusion in a complex of treatment of children with confirmed prenatal infect the specific human antibody against Тoxoplasma gondii. High efficiency of specific treatment is proved (improving the clinical condition of newborns, regression and liquidation of disadaptation syndromes, reduction of level specific Ig G and Ig M, positive dynamics of indicators of nonspecific resistance of the organism) that has allowed to recommend it for introduction in practice.
