Essay

The thesis is devoted to researches of administrative - legal regulation. The author has specified the definition and peculiarities of social policy in historical aspect and its interaction with social state and social protection. It was inquired the essence of principles of social protection and its correlation with social securing and social security and analyzed different scientific views and theories. The legal course of bodies in the sphere of social protection, its forms and methods were defined and the tendencies of improvement as to social protection were revealed.
