Essay

The dissertation is the complex research of the administrative legal adjusting of power measures application in the activity of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine for stopping the offences and crimes on the state border. Current legislation and practices of the legal adjusting of application of fire-arms, military equipment, special facilities, physical strength and service dogs' usage by personnel of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine in border protection were analyzed. During consideration of normative determination and development of measures of the administrative stopping of the special destination in legal science the system of power measures of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine was determined.
