Thesis is devoted to the theoretical and practical problems of Ukrainian Antimonopoly committee administrative-law status definition which insures the state competition police forming. The etymology of the law status conception as well as the structure of administrative-law status of Ukrainian Antimonopoly committee and its structure subdivisions, their place in the system of public authorities, the system of functions and administrative-law authorities are analyzed in the research.
