Essay

Dissertation is devoted research of different classes of polymer materials toxic combustion products and grounding of the efficiency of succinic, glutamic acids complex, vitamins and microelements in prophylactic and curative application at poisoning on fire. It is discovered that the acute poisonings of laboratory animals of toxic combustive products in 30,0 % cases are caused by COHb formation and hemic hypoxia development, and in other - by combination of hematic, tissue and other forms of hypoxia as a result of the toxic combustive products combined action. Tissue hypoxia and oxidative stress are the main mechanisms of the subacute and subchronic poisonings. The results of researches are summarized in the Informative letter and inculcated in the practical work of Medical service of the Ministry of Emergent Situations of Ukraine.
