Object of research - organizational behaviour. A research objective - development of theoretical positions and working out of recommendations about formation of organizational behaviour by with use of technologies of management by the personnel. Research and equipment methods - the monographic, comparative, matrix analysis, methods of the analysis of hierarchies, control questions, the dekompozitsionno-synthetic approach. Theoretical, practical results and novelty - model of the analysis of the organizational behaviour, intended for research of organizational behaviour, definition of requirement for its change and its ways; an order of construction of technology of management of the personnel and definition of the maintenance of elements of technology; advanced criteria of typology of organizational behaviour; a way of definition of desirable organizational behaviour with long-term orientation. Introduction degree - scientific positions are discussed at 10 conferences, published in 20 works and used at 3 industrial enterprises. Use sphere - the industrial enterprises.
