Alistaieva A. Staff development management of the industrial enterprises

Object is the planning process of the all-round developed enterprise's staff forming. Subject is the theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of the staff's development management of the industrial enterprises. Methods are the following: theoretical generalization, systems concept, systematization, statistical analysis, graphical method. For the first time it was three types of the staff's development management of the industrial enterprises marked out. They are "Competitive advantages", "Staff's support", "Society's maintenance". We also proposed efficiency ratings of the state financing measures concerning staff's development management of the industrial enterprises on the basis of streamlining of the state budget expenses. We have improved conceptual approach to the staff's development management of the industrial enterprises; control mechanism of the enterprise's staff cost sharing. We have also classified enterprise's costs of the staff's development financing. The methodological approach to sort out main results of the effective enterprise's staff development, the efficiency rating system to appraise staff's development productivity, the definition of "staff's development management of the industrial enterprises" and "staff's development of the industrial enterprises" have obtained the further development.
