Essay

Object of research - atopic dermatitis of different severity levels. Research objective - rising of treatment efficiency of atopic dermatitis by working out and introduction of pathogenetically well-founded method of therapy, and also improvement of diagnostics of disease on the basis of studying of system immunity and immunomorphological changes in a skin. Research method: clinical, common clinical, immunologic, histological, immunohistochemical, statistical. Dissertation work is devoted to the decision of actual scientific task, which is based on increasing the effectiveness of diagnosis and treatment of patients with atopic dermatitis on the basis of ascertaining the pathogenetic role of dysfunction of local and systemic immunity. The new information that give a broader understanding of the pathogenesis of atopic dermatitis is presented. For the first time studied the local features of the immune reactions in the skin of patients with atopic dermatitis with varying degrees of severity of disease by the immunohistochemistry method. Especially kollagen formation and apoptosis in the skin of patients with atopic dermatitis is revealed. Based on violations which are exposed, developed and grounded method of complex treatment of patients with atopic dermatitis with the use of the systemic and topical immunomodulators - immunofan and elidel. The evolution of immunity and morphologic changes in the skin on a background treatment is studied. Shown the high therapeutic efficiency of the offered method. Results of work are introduced in practice of the Kharkiv regional clinical dermatovenerologic dispensary, a dermatovenerologic dispensary of Kharkov district and a regional dermatovenerologic dispensary №3 of Izum, dermatovenerologic cabinet of the Specialized medicosanitary part №13 of Kharkiv.
