Research object: public relations which arise up in connection with government control of economic activity in the field of health protection. Research purpose: development of new theoretical positions of government control of economic activity in the field of health protection and preparation of suggestions on the improvement of the proper legislation. Research methods: analysis and synthesis, legalistically-logical, comparatively-legal, statistical. Theoretical and practical value consists in deepening and improvement in science of economic right for theoretical developments of government control of economic activity in the field of health protection. The positions conclusions and suggestions formulated in dissertation can be utillized in research work, application of right practice, in an educational process, perfection of legislation which regulates state legal influence on a management in the field of guard of health. Separate positions of dissertation job performances are utillized: by a Committee on questions of health protection of Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, by Committee on questions of European integration of Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine; by communal medical prophylactic establishment the "Donetsk regional clinical territorial medical association" of management of health protection of Donetsk regional state administration; in an educational process of the Donetsk national medical university the name of M.Gor'kogo MOZ of Ukraine; of the Donetsk national university of MON of Ukraine. Scientific novelty: the given dissertation is dedicated to the investigation of state regulation of economic activity in healthcare sphere. The paper provides profound explanation of the definition of economic activity in healthcare sphere considering their core characteristics. It analyzes legislation that regulates relations between organization and realization of economic activity in healthcare sphere, identifies ways of its improvement. It identifies the concept of state regulation of economic activity in healthcare sphere considering its core characteristics. It analyzes legislation which regulates the state-legal influence on economic activity in healthcare sphere, substantiates the proposals concerning core ways of its improvement. It investigates the content of competence of subjects of state regulation concerning healthcare. It provides proposals concerning its specification and enlargement. In the frameworks of the paper there was carried out the analysis of core means of state regulation of economic activity in healthcare sphere, and prepared the proposals concerning improvement of corresponding provisions. There were developed the proposals concerning improvement of legal basis of state regulation of economic activity in healthcare sphere of Ukraine.
