Zlupko L. Employment in a conditions of forming innovative economy of Ukraine.

This thesis investigated the characteristics of employment, as a form of human development in a conditions of forming innovative economy of Ukraine. Analyze the views of different schools on the content of the concept of „employment”. Put into practice the concept of „innovative employment”. The thesis provides an analysis of trends in employment. Particular attention is paid to socio-economic substantiation of the essence, the structure of employment in the context of innovative changes and the impact of European integration processes, identifying the main directions of state regulation of employment and the formation of an innovative system of employment in the domestic economy.
