Dissertation is devoted to scientific researching of modern problems of administrative jurisdictional activity of law enforcement bodies in the field of right's protection of intellectual property. Notion and features of administrative jurisdictional activity of law enforcement bodies are ascertained in the field of right's protection of intellectual property. Concept of intellectual property is determined as object of legal administrative protection. The concept of administrative jurisdiction is considered in the field, legal framework of administrative jurisdiction is found out in this sphere. The role of law enforcement bodies is analyzed in the system of subjects of administrative jurisdiction in the field of right's protection of intellectual property.
