Ivanenko I. Ukrainian terminology used in speech therapy: structure, semantics, functioning

The dissertation is devoted to the analysis of Ukrainian terminology used in speech therapy, its structural, semantic, functional and stylistic peculiarities in synchronism and diachronism. First in Ukrainian linguistics terms used in speech therapy were collected and systematized. Peculiarities of speech therapy concepts formation in social, historical and scientific aspects in the context of diffusive character of analyzed terminology were determined. The thesis considers specific character of terminological field of speech therapy, connection of scientific speech therapy with common language. Lexical, semantic and word formation processes in speech therapy are investigated. Basic thematic groups of language are denoted.
