Essay

Thesis includes results of winter wheat mycobiota studying in Forest-steppe zone of Ukraine. Species of genera Fusarium, Bipolaris, Alternaria, Aspergillus were found dominant in ear winter wheat mycobiota. The difference of secondary metabolites production during vegetation of winter wheat was marked. Dependence of antibiotics, mycotoxins, plant growth stimulators accumulation was found from meteorological conditions. Antagonistic activity of certain toxigenic species of winter wheat micromycetes from the agent of bunt smut Tilletia caries (DC.) Tul was detected under in vitro conditions. The first time a selective antibiotic activity of mycotoxins was defined in dominant fungi isolated from winter wheat ear to cyanobacteria. The influence on their photosynthesize pigment systems was showed. Studying of antibiotic and toxic properties of populations of winter wheat ear microorganisms discovered producers of biological active substances, which can be applied for biological control of winter wheat fungal pathogens and for detoxification of plant substrates contaminated by mycotoxin. Non-toxic strain of Fusarium sambucinum 139 was used for fungal preparation confirmed by State scientific-reserch control institute of veterinary preparations and fodder premixes as medicine.
