Shatkovska I. Administrative legal groundwork for medical secrecy in Ukraine

The thesis is a complex study of administrative legal groundwork for medical secrecy in Ukraine. It analyzes the general legal nature of medical secrecy by investigating it as an element of the professional secrecy system, researching characteristic features of the medical secrecy institution as an object of legal regulation, and studying the current state of the regulatory groundwork for this institute. The thesis researches the problems of subjects of medical secrecy protection (essence, classification, administrative legal analysis). Admissibility criteria and administrative legal means of securing the legitimate disclosure of medical secrecy are analyzed. Administrative legal characteristic of medical secrecy limitation is revealed. Considerable attention is paid to the ways of improving administrative legal groundwork for medical secrecy in Ukraine.
