Melikhova O. Organizational and legal concepts of management for Law science in Ukraine

Dissertation is dedicated to the study of organizational and legal principles for management of Law science in Ukraine. The concept and specific features of Law science as a subject of management are defined. The research historiography of law science management in national administrative and legal doctrine is analyzed. The elements of organization and legal mechanism of management in Law science are studied, the detailed definition and analysis are given to each of them. The foreign experience in legal regulation for major organizational concepts in management of Law science are analyzed and systemized. The main directions for application of this experience in Ukraine are stated. The perspectives for development of organizational and legal management concepts in Law science of Ukraine at present stage are defined.
