Dissertation is devoted to research of administrative legal principles of state control in building, a concept "object of state control in industry of building" is formulated, the essence of state control in industry of building, investigational forms of state control in industry of building is defined, the concept of a building right is formulated as a legal institute of administrative law, the legal providing of control activity in industry of building is described, the role of control realizations in providing of legality in this sphere is defined, the system of control realizations in industry of building is described, suggestions for the improvement of control activity in industry of building are formulated.
