Dissertation work is devoted development of criteria of differential diagnostics of damages of body of man, caused at shots regular pistol live ammunitions of PM "9,2х18 мм" and the special setting, that equipped bullets with antiricochet ability, in the not protected areas of body and at overcoming by them obstacles from glass and triplex from different distances. On the basis of comparative analysis the structural and ballistic differences of regular pistol live ammunitions of PM are certain "9,2х18 мм" and those which are equipped bullets with antiricochet ability. Morphometric and меdico-kryminalystic research of not biological imitators at shots by regular pistol live ammunitions of PM "9,2х18 мм" and the special setting, that equipped bullets with antiricochet ability, found out the difference of volumes of damage depending on a kind bullet and increase of distance of shot. Morphometric and morphological researches of damages found out excellent high-quality and quantitative indexes among the biological objects of the areas of body not protected obstacles, and at overcoming of obstacles bullets from glass 6 мм at implementation of shots by regular pistol live ammunitions of PM "9,2х18 мм" and the special setting, that equipped bullets with antiricochet ability from different distances.
