Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the issue of the style of the pedagogical communication as a method of the instructors' self-actualization at the higher educational establishment. In the research the essence and the structure of the instructors' self-actualization at the higher educational establishment have been defined. Depending on the style characteristics of the pedagogical communication the special features of the instructors' self-actualization at the higher educational establishment have been revealed and the interconnection between the style of the pedagogical communication and the individuality features of the research and educational personnel has been defined. The dependence of the structure of the instructors' self-actualization at the higher educational establishment on their length of research and teaching experience has been determined. The practical recommendations as for the forming of the developing style of the pedagogical communication which is significant for the self-actualization of the higher educational establishment instructors have been developed.
