An object is a process of marketing management on an enterprise in the conditions of growth of role of intellectual factors of economic development. A purpose is development of theoretical and methodical positions and suggestions in relation to the management of marketings intellectual assets on an enterprise. Methods are analysis and synthesis, historical method and generalization; expert, quality methods of evaluation; analytical grouping, correlation and mathematical economics methods of regressive analysis; induction and deduction, scientific generalization; portfolio analysis. Results - developed approaches to forming of subsystem of management of marketings intellectual assets on the enterprises of bee-brewing industry. Novelty - going is developed near determination of level of material well-being of enterprises marketings intellectual assets and existence of dependence is proved between the level of providing of market subjects these assets and their financially economic performance indicators; principles of management of marketings intellectual assets are formed on an enterprise on the basis of construction of model in which as criteria of efficiency are utillized cost of marketings assets and integral index of providing level of enterprise these assets. It is inculcated - Implemented in activity of subjects of evaluation activity, in practical activity of bee-brewing enterprises, in an educational process. A sphere is bee-brewing industry
