Object - process of influence of passive interference onto backscattered signals parameters. The purpose - decrease of a wind speed measurement errors in radar wind profiler systems by means of improving its resistance to interference. Methods - statistical radio electronics, radar theory, imitational modeling, mathematical statistics. Results - new and improved methods and algorithms of a backscattered signal processing. It is introduced - into a scientific research work and educational programs in Kharkiv national university of radio electronics, by radioelectronic systems department and scientific-educational center of radio technique.
