Tymchyk S. Automated Biotechnical System for Testing of Poligraph's Operator

A research object is a process of the psycho-physiological testing of poligraph operator. A research purpose is an increasement of poligraph operator professional fitness diagnostic informing by creation of the biotechnical system for poligraph operators testing and method of their professional fitness determination. To achieve mentioned purpose the methods of system analysis, mathematical design, theory of measurings, theory of digital signals treatment, theory of automatic control, functional diagnostics and a fuzzy logic are applied. A scientific novelty consists in the evaluation of poligraph structure-functional organization, methods of poligraph operators psycho-physiological fitness diagnostics; a mathematical model with the usage of unclear plurals theory for the tasks of testing and selection of poligraph operators first in the world was designed, also first in the world was designed psychogram of poligraph operators; informative subsoil of decision making process got subsequent development by the poligraph operator as informative structural models of psychical and physiological component; principles of the biotechnical systems construction got subsequent development as architecture of the biotechnical system for operator testing and physiological sensor for the hidden control mode. The practical value of the got results consists in designed classification of modern computer poligraphs, which use the list of registered physiological indexes, operating descriptions, and a generalized criterion as classification factors. The algorithm of psycho-physiological fitness evaluation of poligraph operator and the method of candidates selection for the poligraph operator position are developed. The application degree - the results of the dissertation work are applied in the Practical Psychology Center of General Department of the Interior Forses Ministry of Ukraine in Vinnytsia region and in the educational process of the Medical Biological Equipment Design Department of Vinnytsia National Technical University. The application range consists of The Psychology Support Service, The Interior Forses Ministry of Ukraine, The Security Department of Ukraine, The Bank Security Department.
