Essay

A research object is a process of research of optical descriptions of biological objects . The purpose of thesis is an increase of authenticity at the evaluation of haemodynamic indexes of peripheral blood stream by the improvement of methods of cooperation of optical radiation and development of optical-electronic technologies . The article of research is optical descriptions of bioobject, optic-electronic devices of "eye-processor" type. The methods of researches are based on the use of optical-electronic and laser methods. A scientific novelty is consist than suggested methods and facilities of treatment of photopletizmograph information and to development of scope of "eye-processor" of type for determination of haemodynamic indexes. Theoretical generalization of methods of cooperation of optical radiation is in-process conducted with biotissues. A physical model is developed for the evaluation of change of intensity of laser radiation at a reflection from vessels that model which enables to apply the method of КVР-transformation for treatment of biomedical information. The practical value of the got results consists in them that advanced technical recommendations are resulted in relation to the element base of scope of "eye-processor" of type for research of haemodynamic indexes. A degree of introduction is results dissertation work inculcated in the Vinnitsia Medical Center of Rehabilitation and Sporting Medicine. Thesis performances are inculcated in an educational process by the Vinnytsia National Technical University. A sphere (industry) of the use is medical and policlinic establishments.
