The thesis is dedicated to the issues of the bank control legal regulation. In this work the author ascertains the concept of the bank control, defines its purpose, assignment, principles and functions, investigates the mechanism of the bank control and organizational legal forms of the bank control. Particular features of the execution of the controlling authorities by the National bank of Ukraine under conditions of the financial crisis were examined.
