Essay

The thesis is devoted to determination of the legal status of budgetary institution as a subject of financial legal relations, problems of exercise of rights and duties by budgetary institutions while implementing budgetary process, elaboration of scientifically substantiated conclusions and suggestions concerning the improvement of domestic legislation in this sphere in order to increase the efficiency of the network of budgetary institutions. For the first time the issues of essence of legal nature of budgetary institution are considered at the monographic level.
