Getmanchik I. Environmental and Economic Principles of Rational Land Use and Protection of Natural Protected Areas

In dissertation deepened ecological-economic framework for the development and operation of land-use areas of nature reserve fund of Ukraine on the basis of land management improvement and environmental-economic evaluation of land use. The theoretical and methodological foundations of the organization of land use nature-protected areas are investigated. The theoretical and practical problems of organization of nature-protected areas as a component of sustainable land use are described. The essence of spatial organization of the conditions of conservation of biological diversity in Ukraine through the formation of land-use areas of nature reserve fund is determined. The classification of nature-fund lands is given.The state land-use areas of nature reserve fund are analyzed. Assessment of land use areas of biosphere reserves of the Black Sea economic region is provided. Evaluation of the impact of restrictions on the use of land in the territories included in the nature-protected sites is implemented. Ecological and economic efficiency of land use of nature reserve fund is substantiated. An approach to improving the ecological and economic bases of the formation of land-use areas of nature reserve fund, in particular, in the ecological network in Ukraine is given. The features of the development of land management projects on the organization of biosphere reserves are proposed. Methods of land development projects on the organization of biosphere reserves are improved. It's submitted the economic evaluation of the organization of the biosphere reserve "Askania-Nova" them.
