In the research carried out theoretical and prompted new methodological approaches to improving the economic efficiency of production of oil-fat industry in modern conditions their management. Theoretical Basis of the formation and evaluation of economic efficiency of production of oil-fat industry - refined categorical - theory of study of this problem, defined features and formation conditions of the effectiveness of the business of this type of economic activity; formulated developed methodological principles and system performance assessment of the effectiveness of . The main trends in individual performance that characterized the production of oil and fat industry of Ukraine for 2003 - 2008 years. Substantiated recommendations to develop a strategic target for regulation of economic efficiency of oil-fat industry, ensure the implementation of budgeting systems in managing this performance and improve its information security.
