The thesis is devoted to the problems of legal regulation of the status and activities of official poll-watchers in presidential elections in Ukraine. The legal character of the official poll-watchers in the above mentioned process has been determined. Historiography of research and present day legal approaches to the study of constitutionally and legally accepted status of official poll-watchers has been analyzed.
