The thesis is devoted to the investigation of procedural peculiarities of the consideration of disputes on common property division of a couple. The conception, the grounds and the moment of appearance of the common property of a couple are determined on the basis of the analyses of theoretical engineering and regulations of the legislation. The peculiarities of the procedural order of opening of carrying out in cases, connected with the common property division of a couple are examined; the analyses of the preconditions of law on bringing an action and the conditions of its realization in cases of the named category are implemented. The issue concerning the necessary preliminary examination in cases on common property division of a couple is lightened; the peculiarities of proofs in cases of this category are examined. The order of the stage of the cognizance of the cases connected with the common property division of a couple is analyzed. The peculiarities of consideration of each stage of the civil procedure in cases of the named category are visualized and analyzed in details. Recommendations are formulated on the basis of the held investigation and suggestions concerning the improvement of the existing legislation on issues concerning cases on common property division of a couple are made.
