3. This work scientifically substantiates and develops ecologically rational disposal (recycling) technology of phosphogypsum waste and converter slag to improve the environmental condition of high environmental risk. For disposal of phosphogypsum was developed and implemented technology of receiving astringent in a bal-anced state of one-stage cracker materials in its processing. New ecological rational technologies of gas-, foam gyp-sum concrete and dry construction mixtures was developed and tested. As astringent, was used semihydrate calcium sulfate, received from burning out of phosphogypsum. The manufacture of pressed products from phosphogypsum based on the properties of calcium sulfate semihydrate to enter into reaction with water, and getting dihydrate calcium sulfate as a result. The possibility of using converter slag as a fine filler for foam polymer insulator and as abrasive material was studied. A comparative ecological-hygienic evaluation of converter slag and some iron supplement used as a component clincer charge of cement production was hold.
